1. By registering for the race, the participant affirms that they are in good physical and mental health and gives permission for the race organizers to use the participant’s information, as well as any photos or films they may capture, to promote future events.

2. Infractions of the rules, accidents, illnesses, medical emergencies, crashes, and other unforeseen events are all the responsibility of the Participant. Officials, volunteers, and organizers are not accountable.

3. If the particpant is a minor, then parents or guardians of the minor need to read the terms and conditions and give concent. Upon Minor registered, its assumed that respective parent / Guardian provide the consent and accept the terms and conditions from the registration link.

4. Spot Registration amount are different from the regular registration amount.
